"IKEA E-Waste Campaign" Terms and Conditions for Receiving Gift Vouchers in Exchange for E-Waste

• The IKEA E-Waste Campaign is valid from December 20, 2025 to January 19, 2026.

• As part of the campaign, MOL-E conducts preliminary scoring based on electronic waste images uploaded by customers to the MOL-E platform (platform) via the

o using the Square (QR) Code located on the MOL-E ‘money box’ e-waste bins installed at our IKEA Ümraniye store,

o campaign link published on www.IKEA.com.tr.

• Points are finalised upon completion of the verification process, which involves comparing uploaded images with electronic waste deposited in the "collection box" or delivered remotely. The relevant platform is operated by MOL-E, and MOL-E is responsible for membership creation, scoring and verification processes.

• Gift voucher redemption is only possible based on points that have been finalised as specified above. The minimum threshold for earning a gift voucher is 100 points. 100 points are exchanged for a TRY 100 IKEA gift voucher. A separate TRY 100 IKEA gift voucher is earned for every 100 points; no gift voucher is issued for points below 100, and these points continue to accumulate in the customer's MOL-E account.

• Following the finalisation of points, the Customer submits a request to MOL-E via the platform for an IKEA gift voucher in exchange for the points earned. MOL-E will then send the IKEA gift voucher to the customer in the form of a digital code via the platform within 10 (ten) business days of the relevant request.

• IKEA gift vouchers are only valid for furniture and accessory products. They are not valid for food and beverages (Swedish Food Market, restaurant, exit café), product collection, and delivery & assembly services.

• IKEA gift vouchers earned may be used for purchases made at IKEA Turkey stores and on IKEA.com.tr within one (1) year. Regardless of the reason, upon the expiry date of the gift voucher, all vouchers and their balances will be deleted, cancelled and will not be reactivated.

• IKEA gift vouchers cannot be converted into cash, transferred, sold to third parties, or exchanged for debt.

• In the event of loss of IKEA gift vouchers, MAPA Mobilya Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş. accepts no responsibility and no replacement vouchers will be issued. In this regard, the Customer is solely responsible for storing and using the voucher until its expiry date.

• Customers who win gift vouchers are required to pay the amount exceeding the voucher value for purchases exceeding the voucher value. If the purchase amount is less than the gift voucher value, the gift voucher cannot be used.

• If you wish to return products purchased using a gift voucher, the refund amount will be calculated taking into account the portion paid using the gift voucher. The amount paid with the gift voucher will not be refunded to the customer in cash; the relevant amount will be refunded as a gift voucher as part of the refund process. If the gift voucher cannot actually be returned, the gift voucher amount will be deducted from the refund amount. If a situation is identified that violates the conditions of use of the gift voucher, MAPA Mobilya Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş. reserves the right not to allow the use of the voucher or to cancel it, even if the voucher has been delivered to the customer.

• MAPA Mobilya Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions relating to gift vouchers.
