What is your return policy?

Sometimes things don't work out as you planned

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase at IKEA, regardless of the reason, all you need to do for a refund or exchange is to bring the product(s) back within 30 days of purchase, in its original packaging (packed), and with the sales receipt or sales voucher or e-archive invoice. If the product is not in its original package or is assembled, the refund amount will be loaded into the gift card, only for use at IKEA stores. The terms of use can be found at the backside of the gift card.

For online purchase returns, you can exchange or return the product(s) within 14 days following the date of delivery by our contracted delivery service provider. The delivery charges for the return of the product(s) will be covered by IKEA. Alternatively, you can personally return the product(s) to an IKEA store within 30 days.

Both in stores and online shopping, you need to send/bring the product(s) in its original package with the e-archive invoice and the expense receipt part with you signature.

In the case of invoices issued for corporate customers, the return or exchange can be processed only with the return invoice issued by the corporate.

Return Policy for Mattresses*

Try your new mattress at home for 90 days. If you are not satisfied, you can return to have it replaced with another mattress. When you finally find the mattress of your dreams, you can sleep like a baby in comfort of a 10 year guarantee.

* Please contact IKEA stores for all applicable terms and conditions. IKEA’s general return and exchange terms apply to mattresses. Not applicable for children's mattresses.

Returns are not accepted for appliances, pre-cut fabrics, plants, plastic bags, products purchased at the Bargain Corner, SYMFONISK, ENEBY and VAPPEBY audio systems, and products cut/designed with reference to your order, such as kitchen counters.
