Two different delivery methods have been selected for your order:

1. Click and Collect

You can collect your order from the Click and Collect Point when you arrive at the store. Please ensure you have received an SMS or email containing the message "Your order has been prepared and is ready for pickup" before collecting your items.

During delivery, simply present the order number from this message and your ID document. You must collect your order on the day and at the time you selected. Otherwise, your order will be held for a maximum of 24 hours and will be cancelled if this period is exceeded.

When collecting your products, please ensure they are complete and undamaged.

2. Delivery

When receiving your courier delivery, it is essential to inspect the package carefully. If you notice any unusual conditions such as damage, dents, tears, or moisture on the outside of the package, do not accept the delivery and request the courier to prepare an incident report. Claims for missing or damaged items made without an incident report may be rejected, depending on the outcome of the investigation.
