Free Delivery on System Wardrobe Purchases of TRY 20,000 or More Campaign Terms

This campaign is exclusively for IKEA Family members and will be available from March 19, 2026 to May 3, 2026 at IKEA stores, on IKEA.com.tr, and via the IKEA Türkiye mobile app. LASTARE and ALTARLIDEN products, handles, and integrated lighting are not included in the campaign.

How to Participate?

• Between March 19, 2026 and May 3, 2026 you will receive free delivery on system wardrobe furniture purchases of TRY 20,000 or more (including VAT) made at IKEA stores or the IKEA Online Store.

• The campaign is valid only for IKEA Family members. You must scan your IKEA Family membership at store checkout, log in as a member on the Online Store, or shop as a member.

• The free delivery benefit can only be earned by combining invoices for campaign-eligible system wardrobe furniture purchases issued under the same customer name on the same day. Purchases made on different days and/or invoices issued under different names (individuals or organizations) cannot be combined.

• For system wardrobe purchases that meet the campaign conditions, the delivery fee is automatically calculated as TRY 0 during checkout.

Important Notes

• For purchases under TRY 20,000, the delivery fee is the customer’s responsibility.

• For corporate sales made with the IKEA Business Card, the delivery and assembly benefit cannot be applied.

• If the cart contains products not included in the campaign, the delivery fees for these products will be calculated in accordance with applicable rules.

• If the total amount of products included in the campaign falls below TRY 20,000 after a product return, the shipping and assembly service fee will be charged to the customer.

· “As-Is Corner” products* are included in the campaign, but “As-Is Corner” products cannot be returned.
*Since these products are sold with defects clearly disclosed to the consumer, returns or exchanges cannot be requested due to such defects. However, your legal rights under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain reserved.

Campaign Terms for IKEA Stores

This promotion is valid for purchases of TRY 20,000 or more made between March 19, 2026 and May 3, 2026; subject to the following terms.

Istanbul Ümraniye Store

The campaign is valid only for system wardrobes within the boundaries of Istanbul Province.

*Delivery service to the Adalar district is provided up to the Kartal, Bostancı, and Maltepe piers.
*Assembly service is not provided in the Adalar district.

Istanbul Bayrampaşa Store

The campaign is valid only for system wardrobes within the boundaries of Istanbul Province.

*Delivery service to the Adalar district is provided up to the Kartal, Bostancı, and Maltepe piers.
*Assembly service is not provided in the Adalar district.

Istanbul Kartal Store

The campaign is valid only for system wardrobes within the provincial borders of Istanbul and Kocaeli (excluding the districts of Kandıra, Gölcük, and Karamürsel).

*Delivery service to the Adalar district is provided up to the Kartal, Bostancı, and Maltepe piers.
*Assembly service is not provided in the Adalar district.

Bursa Store

The campaign is valid within the provincial borders of Bursa and Yalova, as well as the districts of Altıeylül, Bandırma, Erdek, Karesi, and Susurluk (excluding Belkıs), the districts of Odunpazarı and Tepebaşı in Eskişehir Province, and the districts of İzmit (excluding the neighborhoods of Gündoğdu, Çarşı, Alikahya, and Sahil), Karamürsel, and Gölcük in Kocaeli Province, this offer applies only to system wardrobes.

Izmir Store

The campaign is valid only for system wardrobes within the borders of Izmir Province, in the Şehzadeler and Yunusemre districts of Manisa Province, and in the Kuşadası, Efeler, İncirliova, and Germencik districts of Aydın Province.

Ankara Store

The campaign is valid only for system wardrobes within the borders of Ankara Province.

Antalya Store

The campaign is valid only for system wardrobes within the borders of Antalya Province, in the Bucak and Merkez districts of Burdur Province (excluding Kocaaliler and Merkezköyler), and in the Merkez district of Isparta Province (excluding Merkezköyler).

Gaziantep Store

The campaign is valid only for system wardrobes within the provincial borders of Gaziantep and Kilis, and in the Onikişubat, Dulkadiroğlu, Pazarcık, and Türkoğlu districts of Kahramanmaraş province.

Adana Order and Pick Up Point

The campaign is valid only for system wardrobes in the districts of Merkez, Seyhan, Çukurova, Sarıçam, and Yüreğir in the province of Adana, and in the districts of Merkez, Tarsus, Toroslar, Akdeniz, Yenişehir, and Mezitli in the province of Mersin.

Bodrum Order and Pick Up Point

The campaign is valid only for system wardrobes in the Bodrum and Milas districts of Muğla province.

Online Store

The free delivery campaign applies only to system wardrobes included in the campaign across all 81 provinces and districts of Turkey. In villages and towns where shipping companies cannot deliver to the address, orders are delivered from the nearest shipping branch or pickup point to the recipient’s address.
