Make sure that the area is clean, empty and available for the assembly and that the products are ready and present where the assembly will be made. Otherwise, the service will not be fulfilled.

The assembly team is obliged to assemble the products only with the assembly charge that is paid for at www.IKEA.com.tr. If you want an additional assembly for another product, you can purchase an additional assembly service regarding to this product on our website. For any reason, we ask that you never offer cash to our assembly team and call 444 4 532 to inform us if such a request is made.

Due to the occupational health and safety requirements the assembly team is prohibited from carrying the products and also not to fail the time schedule for other customers. For this reason, we kindly request that you make sure that the products are ready in place.

Electrical installation and plumbing services require specific expertise therefore IKEA assembly teams do not provide these services. We kindly ask you not to request these services from IKEA assembly teams.

We would like to remind you that the minimum assembly charge of TRY 350 will be re-requested from you if you are not able to be found or located at the assembly location at the time of assembly.
