TRY 500 Gift Voucher for purchases of TRY 5.000 Campaign Terms

• Within the scope of the campaign, for each purchase of TRY 5.000 and multiples of 5.000 TL including VAT made at all IKEA stores (offline or online store) with all accessories and furniture products and IKEA Family at one time and within a single receipt / invoice, a gift voucher of TRY 500 will be given with the conditions of use specified below. (For example, customers will be given 1 gift voucher of TRY 500 in case of a purchase of TRY 5.000, and 1 gift voucher of TRY 1.000 in case of a purchase of TRY 10.000, up to the total progress at one time). Gift vouchers cannot be won by combining receipts / invoices.
• The campaign will be valid for all purchases of accessories and furniture.
• The campaign will be applied between 01.05.2025 and 25.05.2025.
• Gift vouchers won within the scope of the campaign can be used until 29.06.2025 at the latest and for all purchases to be made in stores (offline or online store). As of the expiry date of the gift voucher for whatever reason; all vouchers and the balances in them will be deleted, cancelled and will not be reactivated.
• Gift vouchers will be redeemed the day after the day the voucher is received. It will not be possible to use the gift voucher in the same shopping and on the same day.
• IKEA Family members can benefit from the Campaign.
• Real persons who are IKEA Family members can benefit from the campaign and invoices can be issued on behalf of the company.
• IKEA Family members can benefit from the campaign for purchases made with IKEA Family via IKEA Online Store and IKEA mobile application.
• Gift vouchers cannot be earned in business sales to be made with IKEA Business Card owned by individuals/commercial companies. For corporate customers who want to benefit from the voucher campaign, the sales transaction can be started with a mobile phone and the voucher can be earned by manually entering the invoice information through the IKEA Family membership owned by the customer.
• Even if IKEA Family / IKEA Business Card members who are found to have made purchases for the purpose of selling to third parties have met the conditions of the campaign and / or received a cheque, the cheques earned for the purchases found to have been made for this purpose as a result of the examinations to be made will be cancelled unilaterally by MAPA Mobilya ve Aksesuar A.Ş. (‘MAPA Mobilya’) without any permission or notification.
• Gift vouchers cannot be won and used at food and beverage, Swedish Food Market, food, restaurant, picking, delivery, assembly desks, and in the as-is corner products.
• Gift vouchers cannot be converted into cash, transferred, sold to third parties or exchanged for debt.
• Gift vouchers are issued individually and cannot be used by anyone else.
• In case of loss of gift vouchers, MAPA Mobilya does not accept any responsibility and a new one will not be given instead of the voucher. In this context, all responsibility for the storage and use of the voucher until the end of the campaign belongs to the customer.
• Together with the receipt, the gift voucher with the barcode number on it will be automatically printed by the cashier from the cash register and given to the customer. Gift vouchers not received at the time of sale will not be available for collection on another day. For purchases made via the IKEA Online Store or IKEA Türkiye mobile app, the gift voucher code will be displayed on the order result page. In addition, the vouchers to be won from both stores and the online store can be viewed as both code and QR from the IKEA Family membership account. If the gift voucher you have earned does not appear on the order result page, it will be credited to your IKEA Family membership within 3 days of your order date. You can track your gift voucher using your IKEA Family membership.
• The gift voucher amount cannot be divided and/or used for different purchases.
• In order to use the gift voucher, the total shopping amount must be at least TRY 0.01 more than the amount of the gift voucher to be used.
• Gift vouchers won within the scope of the campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns and cannot be spent together.
• The gift voucher must be presented to the cashier before the cashier starts scanning the products.
• Customers who win a gift voucher are obliged to pay the excess part of the shopping amount for purchases exceeding the amount of the cheque. If the voucher amount to be used by the voucher holder is more than the shopping amount, MAPA Mobilya will not refund the voucher holder for the unused part of the voucher. The unused portion will be deleted.
• If the products purchased during the shopping made during the campaign are to be returned, the voucher issued within the scope of the campaign and delivered to the customer will also be returned by the customer. In the event that the gift voucher is not/can not be returned by the customer or the code/QR code cannot be shown from the IKEA Family account, the amount equal to the amount of the voucher to be returned will be deducted from the return amount for the relevant shopping.
• In the event that MAPA Mobilya determines that the campaign conditions regarding the gift voucher acquisition are not complied with; MAPA Mobilya has the right not to use or cancel the voucher even if the relevant voucher has been delivered to the customer.
• MAPA Mobilya always reserves the right to change the campaign conditions.
