Receive a TRY 250 Gift Voucher for Every TRY 1,000 Spent on Selected Cookware and Tableware Products Campaign Terms and Conditions

• As part of the campaign, for online purchases made at all IKEA stores (“Stores”) and ikea.com.tr (“Website”), for every TRY 1,000 and multiples thereof spent on selected homeware products in a single transaction and on a single receipt/invoice, including VAT, in both physical and online purchases, a TRY 250 gift voucher will be given, subject to the terms and conditions of use set out below. (For example, customers will receive one 250 TRY gift voucher for every 1,000 TRY spent on selected products, and one 500 TRY gift voucher for every 2,000 TRY spent on selected products. Vouchers are not issued in instalments.) Gift vouchers cannot be earned by combining receipts/invoices.

• Voucher acquisition within the campaign will be valid for purchases made on selected cookware and tableware products. Vouchers can be used on all furniture and accessory products.

• The campaign will be valid between February 13, 2026 and March 22, 2026.

• Gift vouchers earned as part of the campaign can be used for online and physical purchases made in Stores and via the Website until 26/04/2026 at the latest. Regardless of the reason, upon the expiry date of the gift voucher, all vouchers and their balances will be deleted, cancelled and will not be reactivated.

• Gift vouchers will be available for purchase on the day following the day the voucher is received. It will not be possible to use the gift voucher in the same shopping and on the same day.

• IKEA Family members can benefit from the campaign.

• Real persons who are IKEA Family members can benefit from the campaign and the receipt will be issued on behalf of real/legal persons who are IKEA Family members.

• The value of purchases made with business gift cards cannot be used to calculate gift vouchers. During the campaign, gift cards cannot be earned simultaneously with Corporate Card Benefits; in such cases, gift cards cannot be earned. Gift cards determined to have been earned in this manner will be unilaterally canceled by Mapa Furniture and Accessories Marketing Inc. without any permission or notification. Mapa Mobilya ve Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş. reserves the right to claim the value of gift vouchers spent before cancellation. Participants are deemed to have accepted this condition in advance. However, gift vouchers previously earned under the campaign can be used in conjunction with Corporate Card benefits.

• In the case of the IKEA Family / IKEA Business Card members who have been found to have made a commercial purchase with the purpose of selling to the third parties, even if they have obtained the conditions of the campaign and received the "Card", the Cards which are earned because of this campaign will be cancelled. Participants are considered to have accepted this situation in advance.

• Gift vouchers cannot be earned or used at food and beverage outlets, Swedish Food Markets, grocery stores, restaurants, product collection counters, or shipping and assembly counters.

• Only product prices will be considered when calculating the purchase amount earned under the campaign; delivery, assembly, pick-up service, and similar service fees will not be included in the calculation.

• Recovery products* are included in the promotion, but recovery products cannot be returned.

*Since these products are sold with their defects clearly disclosed to the consumer, no return or exchange can be requested due to said defects. However, your legal rights under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain reserved.

• Gift vouchers are irredeemable, and cannot be transferred, sold to third parties, or exchanged against debts.

• Gift vouchers are issued individually and cannot be used by anyone else.

• MAPA Mobilya accepts no responsibility for lost gift vouchers, and no replacement vouchers will be issued. In this regard, the customer is solely responsible for keeping the voucher safe and using it before the end of the campaign. • Together with the receipt, the gift voucher with the barcode number on it will be automatically printed by the cashier from the cash register and given to the customer. Gift vouchers not received at the time of sale cannot be received on another day. Details of the gift voucher can also be viewed from the IKEA Family membership account.

• The gift voucher must be presented to the cashier before the cashier starts scanning the products.

• Customers who win gift vouchers are required to pay the amount exceeding the voucher value for purchases exceeding the voucher value. Gift vouchers cannot be used if the purchase amount is less than the gift voucher value. Gift vouchers can be combined for use in store and online purchases.

• If the customer wishes to return products purchased during the campaign period, the voucher issued as part of the campaign and delivered to the customer must also be returned by the customer, or the barcode information on the IKEA Family membership page must be shared. If the customer does not/cannot return the gift voucher, the amount of the voucher to be returned will be deducted from the refund amount for the relevant purchase.

• MAPA Mobilya ve Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş. reserves the right to disallow or cancel the gift voucher even if it is delivered to the customer, in case of determining that the gift voucher does not comply with the campaign terms.

• MAPA Mobilya reserves the right to change the campaign conditions at any time.
