CONSENT FORM TO PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

I consent to the processing of my personal data by Mapa Mobilya ve Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş.('Company ') for the purpose of performing direct or indirect marketing activities, advertisements, promotions, campaigns and similar general and special campaigns, advantages, product, service promotions, advertisements, market research surveys and other customer satisfaction applications, such as SMS, mobile application, instant notification, e-mail, automatic machines calling, telephoning, bluetooth, beacon wireless networks, social media and commercial electronic messages by all kinds of electronic communication means and for this purpose and I accept the sharing of my personal data with third parties from whom the Company receives service.

In order to ensure customer satisfaction maintained by Mapa Mobilya ve Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş., I give permission for my personal data such as name, surname, contact information, IP address, customer ID information to be transferred to Company’s business partners such as PersonaClick and Insider, whose servers are located abroad, for survey sharing, commercial electronic message sending, and creation of personalized campaigns.

I consent to the processing of personal data within the scope of the Disclosure Text For Membership, including the customization, recommendation, provision, and promotion of products and services based on my needs and shopping habits; planning and execution of processes to establish and enhance loyalty to products or services; conducting customer satisfaction activities; and providing opportunities, as well as transferring the data to IKEA's service providers, business partners, subsidiaries, and, upon request, to public authorities, relevant business partners, and individuals, for the purposes mentioned above.
