You can start your IKEA Family membership from the IKEA Family kiosks in the restaurant area or just before the checkouts at IKEA stores, IKEA mobile application or Aile.IKEA.com.tr in just a few minutes. You must be over 18 and to have a local GSM number to to get an IKEA Family Card. IKEA Family Card is available for use within a maximum of 30 minutes.

The discounted products offered at various times are indicated by the orange colored IKEA Family discount tags throughout the store. Furthermore, these products are also shown on IKEA website, TV screens at IKEA stores and at the IKEA Family kiosks in the restaurant area or just before the checkouts.

You can save 0,5% of your furniture and home accessories purchases at IKEA stores as IKEA Family Points and use these points at your furniture and home accessories purchases at IKEA stores anytime before the last day of the calendar year. IKEA Family Points can be used only by the IKEA Family Card member upon presentation of the IKEA Family barcode/card and a valid ID. If you do not have your IKEA Family Card with you and you want to redeem your points, you need to get a Family Card barcode for security reasons. You may easily get your Family Card barcode by logging in to your IKEA Family Card account via IKEA Family kiosks at IKEA stores, IKEA mobile application or Aile.IKEA.com.tr and redeem your points right away.

IKEA Family Card is only valid for furniture and home accessories purchases at IKEA Stores in Turkey. 

IKEA Family Card is a personal customer loyalty programme offering various discounts and promotions. Invoices shall only be issued under the IKEA Family Card member’s name. It is not possible to issue invoices to corporate addresses or personal/private companies. Invoices can be issued to corporate addresses for corporate customers through IKEA Business Card,which offers many advantages for corporate customers.
