Delivery for Online Shopping
Our contracted logistics and delivery companies will continue to provide uninterrupted service by increasing the continuity of hygiene and disinfection practices in the warehouses where our products are located.

Assembly Service
The assembly services you purchased before our stores are closed will take place on the given dates.
During the time our stores are closed, you can continue to purchase assembly services from www.IKEA.com.tr and our IKEA Mobile application.
We provide our assembly service by applying hygiene and social distance procedures at the highest level.

Click and Collect Service
During the time our stores are closed, “Click and Collect Service” is suspended.

Return / Exchange Process in Stores
For the products you purchased from our stores, which are not used and whose return / exchange period expires during the time when our stores are closed, you will be able to return and exchange these products within 30 days from the opening date of our stores.

Gift Voucher Campaign for Tableware
For our customers who earn gift vouchers from the Tableware Gift Voucher Campaign, the expiry date of the gift vouchers is June 30, 2021. You can keep using your gift coupons you earn from the Online Store for your online shopping.

Return / Exchange Process at www.IKEA.com.tr
During the period when our stores are closed, you will be able to exchange the products that you’ve purchased on www.IKEA.com.tr -provided that the products are not used- within 30 days from the opening date of our stores.
We will continue to provide all kinds of support for the return process of your online purchases.
You can submit your return requests from the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section on our website and mobile application within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. For purchases made without a login, you can submit your return requests by proceeding from the "Return / Change Request" page on our Homepage.
