During this time we have been continuing to provide uninterrupted service on our Online Store at www.IKEA.com.tr. We would like to inform you that our post-sales services regarding your purchases made before our stores closed will be continued as soon as our stores reopen.

Within the scope of the measures we have taken due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the minimum order amount for online shopping has been determined as TRY 500 in order to protect the health of our employees and to continue to provide you uninterrupted service by maintaining our operational efficiency.

Delivery for Online Shopping:

The contracted logistics company and delivery companies will continue to provide uninterrupted service by increasing the continuity of hygiene and disinfection practices in the warehouses where our products are located.

Assembly Service:

Our assembly service from our stores and www.IKEA.com.tr will continue as the stores reopen. For our customers who purchased assembly service from Online Store but have not yet been serviced, the assembly service will be completed from the opening date of our stores. We will continue to support our customers with the refund of the assembly service who do not want to wait until our stores reopen.

Return / Exchange Process in Stores:

For the products you purchased from our stores, which are not used and whose return / exchange period expires during the time when our stores are closed, you will be able to return and exchange these products within 30 days from the opening date of our stores.

Gift Voucher Campaign for Children Furniture:

For our customers who earn gift vouchers from the campaign, the expiry date of the gift vouchers will be extended from the opening date of our stores.

Return / Exchange Process at www.IKEA.com.tr:

You will be able to make the exchange of your products purchased at www.IKEA.com.tr during the period when our stores are closed,and provided that the products are not used, within 30 days from the opening date of our stores. We will continue to support our customers with the option of product return who do not want to wait until our stores reopen.

Adding/Removing Products in Online Shopping:

The products in the completed orders cannot be changed. You can either cancel your order and make a new order or return the product when it's delivered to your address.
