How can I get spare parts for my products?

The spare parts you may need for your products are available at IKEA stores’ Customer Services area. Click on the following link to see the spare parts price list. You can contact the Customer Services department at the nearest IKEA store for any spare parts which are not included in the list.

What are your terms of guarantee?

The guarantee period commences on the delivery date specified on the invoice, and lasts 2 years. The products and all parts thereof are covered by our firm’s guarantee. In case the product breaks down during the guarantee period, any time spent in repairs shall be added to the remaining guarantee period. Repairs can take a maximum of 30 work days. The repair period shall commence on the date the product is delivered to any IKEA store in Turkey. 

Products which break down within the guarantee period due to defects in material, workmanship or assembly, shall be repaired without any fees charged for expenses made and parts replaced. 

If a) the product suffers a specific break down more than twice or suffers different break downs more than four times within one year in the guarantee period following the date of delivery, leading to a continued inability to make use of the product; b) the granted repair period cannot be honored; c) a report issued by either the vendor, importer, or the manufacturer in the said order, in the lack of a service station, states that the break down cannot be repaired, despite the consumer exercising the right to repairs, the consumer may demand a free exchange, refund, or discount to match the rate of loss incurred with respect to the product.

Break downs suffered due to disregard of the user manual shall not be covered by the guarantee.

For the product to be repaired under guarantee, the original or a photocopy of the invoice must be submitted to the service provider. You can contact the Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Directorate of the Protection of Consumers and Competition for any problems with respect to the Guarantee Certificate.

Repair services for the products you purchased at IKEA stores or at www.IKEA.com.tr are available at the nearest IKEA store or any service station contracted by IKEA Turkey. IKEA Turkey has a contract with Cebel Mobilya Ürünleri İnşaat Nakliyat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd.Şti. (Yeni Sanayi Sitesi 23.Blok 3228. Sk. No: 25 ISPARTA, 0 246 233 14 10) for products in the furniture category, and with Faktör Grup Otomasyon Elektrik Elektronik ve Müh. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Serçeönü Mah. Türkay sok. No:9/A Kocasinan - KAYSERİ, 0 352 222 30 32) for products in the clocks category.
