Why can't I make an online order below TRY 150?

There are a number of detailed search options available on our web site. If you like to see alternatives within a given product group, you can click “All Products” to see the product groups and secondary functions. On the other hand, if you are looking for a specific product, you can write the name of the product, its function or the 8 character-long Article Number to find the product quickly.

How can I add a product to my shopping basket?

You can use “Add to Basket” button to order products. The products which have “Only available at IKEA Stores” logo, however, are available only at the stores.

Can I use my IKEA Family Card points for my online purchases?

It is not possible to use Family Card points for online purchases.

Is it possible to use IKEA Bussiness Card for online purchases?

How can I get information about the product’s stock status?

You can check the stock availability for the products you like, using the “Check Stock Availability” section on the home page of our website, by article number, or check out the Store Stock Status section on product pages.

How can I get a notification when the product is back in stock?

If the product you searched is not available in stock at the store, you’ll see an ‘Inform me when it's in stock’ link. Use that link to register your e-mail address and an e-mail will be sent to you when the product arrives in stock.

If the product I ordered is not in stock, what is the procedure applied?

The final step of your purchase provides information about the current stock status of the products in your basket. However, due to  the technical problems your order may contain out-of-stock products. In such cases our Customer Service Representative will contact you shortly. You can choose another product to replace the out-of-stock one, or cancel that part of the order. The refund will be made to the credit card you used for the payment.
