	payment options At IKEA stores you can pay the way that suits you best. We accept cash, exchange (only US Dolar, Euro and Pound Sterling), ATM cards, MasterCard, VISA, Electron and Maestro cards. Children services Thanks to our play room and baby sitting rooms that are under the supervision of trained personnel, it is easy to do shopping as a family at the IKEA stores. free parking area The parking area is free of charge at IKEA; because in our opinion, there is much more fun in spending your money for shopping than for the parking area. Besides, you will find park areas at a very close distance to the store entrance, which have been reserved for our guests with children

	Gift-Voucher You can purchase IKEA Gift vouchers by cash, exchange and installments (Installments are subject to the arrangements of banks) from Customer Services Department. The gift vouchers are available in 25 YTL and 50 YTL denominations.

Our Return Policy
You have the opportunity to change (your purchase) within 30 DAYS it's free to change your mind! In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your shopping, all you will have to do for refund or change is to bring back the product in a way in its original package along with its receipt/invoice within 30 days. We regret to mention that we are not able to accept return of the products such as cut out fabrics, plants and products bought from the Opportunities Corner as well as used mattress and kitchen counters that have been cut/designed in accordance with your orders. IKEA's "It's Free to Change Your Mind! Policy" is an extra right and will not affect your consumer rights that are in effect.
