1.GET INSPIRED!

Browse through your IKEA catalogue to get an idea of what you will want to look in the store. Make your list and take measurements. This way, you can make sure that the furniture you have bought perfectly fit in their places...

2. EVERYTHING YOU NEED! 


Papers, pencils and tape measures are available everywhere in our store! Mark out and mull over, and note down those you like.

3. BRING ALONG YOUR CHILDREN TOO...

The children are allowed to play with everything, not only with the toys in our store full of love for the children! We have also made ready for them a playground where you can leave your children to play under the supervision of attendants free of charge, our special menu for the children, our baby sitting department and even microwave ovens for you to warm up baby food or feeding bottles.

4. FOLLOW THE ARROWS

You will see in our store guidance directions hung down from the ceiling and arrows drawn on the floor. Follow them! This way, you can make your store touring adventure complete, without leaving out any department and product at all.

5. REALISTIC SHOWROOMS

Check everything out! Sit on the sofas. Look into the drawers. If you want help, ask for advice from the attendant at the nearest consultant's desk. What's more, your will catch a lot of new ideas while touring around in our store, to put to use in your house. Don't pass by without taking a yellow bag to carry to the cash register what you have been attracted to while touring around!

6. LOOK AT THE PRICE TAG

Our price tags have important information about size, color, craftmanship, measurements, features and care. Tags on the large items tell you where to pick them up in the self-serve furniture area. This is when pencils and papers will be of good use.

7. NEED HELP?

You like an item, check the price tag and see that it says “ask the stuff” on the tag. Then ask right away. They will be happy to help you about how to get the item that you like.

8. NEW PRODUCTS ARRIVE ALL YEAR ROUND!

10. TAKE A TROLLEY

It makes it easier for you to carry the items you take to the cash register. Trolley is a must to carry heavy flatpacks that you take from Self Serve Furniture area.

You’ll find everything from rugs to linens to picture frames and clocks. You’ll also see all kinds of home lighting, everything you need for your kitchen, and countless unique gifts you can give to others – or keep for yourself.

12. SELF SERVICE FURNITURE AREA

On your way to the check-out, you'll pass through the self-serve area. This is where you pick up the flat-packed furnishing items you saw earlier in the room settings. Picking up your purchases is an important part of the IKEA’s approach to customer involvement. Specifically, if you can do simple things like pick up your purchases and assemble them at home, we'll keep prices low. The notes you take from the price tags will now serve you to find easily what you are looking for.

13. ARE YOU READY TO PAY?

When you are ready to pay, proceed to the cash register and do your payment the way you wish.

What about an ice cream or a hot dog before you hit the road back home? Our cafe is located after the cash registers and right before the exit.

15. TAKE HOME RIGHT AWAY...

Most of the IKEA furniture are in flat boxes for you to carry easily. If you wish, you can make use of our transportation service in return for a small charge. Please consult at the store for the details.

16. ...AND ENJOY THEM IN THE EVENING

The only things you will need to assemble most of the IKEA furniture are the instructions for use and the Allen key that has come with the box. If you wish, you can make use of our assembly service in return for a small charge. Please consult at the store for the details.

Our Return Policy


Return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days, with your till receipt/invoice, for a full refund. Our 30-day returns policy does not apply to mattresses (unless unused and in their original packaging), cut fabric, plants, Bargain Corner purchases, or goods ordered to your specifications, e.g. custom-made worktops or sofas.
