A long distance has been taken to turn this vision into the reality since the foundation of IKEA in Sweden in the year 1943 to the present day. What are we looking for in a candidate who will take part in our team?
The most important point is that the candidate should possess the skills that are required for the job. But beyond that, personal characteristics such as modesty, desire to assume responsibility and take action, having a smiling face and being customer oriented and ability to communicate in an open and honest manner are also important for us.
